What does "member pricing" apply to?
Your member discount applies to every job we do for you — handyman work, siding, decks, cleaning, yard care, and more. It stacks on top of an already-straight quote.
What happens during a seasonal check-in?
We walk the property and catch the small stuff before it grows — loose trim, a sagging gutter, a fence that needs a screw, early rot. You get a quick rundown and a price for anything worth doing.

We're based in Saco and serve roughly 30 miles up and down the coast and about 20 miles inland — Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough, Portland, Kennebunk, and the rest of Southern Maine.
